i really do miss the general public thats on twitter and all the memes but also idk i can't justify being on a platform thats:

i've been feeling weird about living in america and/or having kids, but seeing One Battle After Another made me kind of hopeful

a little energized and maybe willing to fight fascism, not give up, and try to live my own life with my future kid(s)

all this to say that i enjoy bluesky but i do wish there was a separation so i could enjoy art or the little jokes/memes there are on this platform separate from the inundation of Trump/Fascism/Nazi news

i wish that there was a social media that would analyze posts and be able to put them into curated feeds for you - like POLITICAL, ART, WHINING ABOUT GAMES, SPORTS - vs relying on user tags and just putting a whole users profile to that feed

i guess it makes sense from a community building standpoint

but wouldnt a tabletop game community want to see other people's tabletop games? wouldn't a dinosaur subreddit want to see a new dinosaur board game?
