As if spending nearly two hours sawing copper sheet wasn't enough, I got home and decided to trap a dice in chainmail rings.

Started a mock-up of my final piece, the wings will be in silver and the sand timer in copper. Next week I'm tidying it up and getting some texture on it.

The second picture is another idea I've had rolling around my head, might make it, might not.

Roughly cut copper sheet in three pieces, on the left a feathered wing, on the right a bat wing and in the middle a sandtimer.

Finally written a 4th chapter! Currently Mature rating, I think no real content warning of import. And as much as it's ongoing I try and finish the chapter so it stands as it is as I have no idea when an idea will hit me.

Made two more pendants in class. One is a heart soldered on an oval, and the other is hammered with a high polished mini heart hanging from it. The hearts and oval are cut out with a stamp and I made the jump rings myself!

Wasn't that hard, you drill a little hole, put the sawblade through and put it back on the saw.

I was convinced I was going to snap the hair thing sawblade though.

I started a silversmithing course a couple of weeks back and have finished my first copper training piece.

Originally I was going to buff it to a high shine, but then I remembered I had some buffed copper chain in the house that would go perfectly.

Matte buffed Ginkgo leaf copper pendant with a central cut out of a bird on a branch on a copper chain.

Me too. I keep seeing a cardboard box in my house that's a delivery for a neighbour that they haven't collected yet and get hopeful. But it is not packidge.
