New introduction post! My name is Reef, and I'm an Arachtoy - a giant, inflatable spider! Specifically, I'm a Scubarachnid, made for diving deep into the ocean! I love transformations, squeakiness, bugs, and being silly and light-hearted! My dream is to find treasure in the seafloor! Check my ref!

A reference sheet of Reef, a pooltoy spider, or Arachtoy. Pronouns are any/all. Reef is depicted as an eight-legged, primarily red being made of squeaky vinyl. They have bright yellow antennae and distinctive goggles on their face with big shiny green simple ovular eyes, along with a set of shiny yellow mandibles around their mouth. The goggles are rimmed with pink, and have an attached pink and purple snorkel. Reef has inflatable air valves on both their lower chest and on the tip of their abdomen. Their eight legs are all wearing pink and purple pirate-style boots, with yellow buttons and buckles. On their back is a sonar thorax-pack that detects treasure and regulates their airflow so that they can become denser to sink into water. Purple tubes come off of it, attaching to the large inflated abdomen. The abdomen itself is styled like a torpedo, with white stripes and yellow fins decorating it. Between two sets of fins is written Reef's designation code, TS-38. TS stands for Torpedo Spider, by the way. Besides the main pose, the refsheet also depicts a detailed shot of the sonar thorax-pack, a boot, and an overhead view of Reef. The main colors are depicted on the side as a palette, styled like bubbles.

Not gonna say I haven't thought about it but I do genuinely think that if being a different gender became the new norm for me, then I would just want to change back eventually. I enjoy being different things too much!

A void spooder that @ownedmirrors2.bsky.social drew for me ages ago.

I need to draw more. That's all it is. My art is what I put out into the world that expresses my desires, interests, and skills in the most pure way. If I don't draw, if I don't encourage the talents that I have, then it doesn't feel like there's a point. I think I need to force myself to draw more.
