Don't fret! Especially in academic environments, these people write references a lot and are very used to it. They are more than happy to do so in most cases. I asked some of my previous supervisors for references super often and it was perfectly fine. Don't think about it too much ^^

Made a salad with the majority of the ingredients (by mass) grown in the garden by me! 🌱

Used courgettes, french beans, runner beans and tomatoes - all from the garden - and then added a pesto/lemon juice vinaigrette, and some almond flakes :)

Oof, I was at the other end of that. I have a shaky foundation for some of my physics modules that were taught over covid and were a little all over the place teaching-wise. I wish it was easier to refresh myself on those but it's difficult for me without the external pressure of an actual course.
