By far the nicest thing about #Godot is the UI. It's just so easy and fun to make animations and incorporate their timing into the flow of the code, and the incredibly flexible .connect(...bind( framework makes it so easy to hook things together.

Recovering from a nasty week of work, another nasty week on the horizon, but I put aside a few hours for a card-playing system for commanding robots. The cards don't EXIST yet, but they have prices that get paid.

Nearly every artist has some special spice in their art. Some of my favorites are mediocre or even bad at 90% of what art classes try to teach, but they have something they're really obsessively good at, like skin rendering or composition or scenario.

That's where they put their effort. Just that.

Seeing so many artists misuse the term 'monochrome' makes me feel like I must be the one that got it wrong.

I feel that way about 'OC' too. If it's not a fanfic insert, you just made a character. Regular old C.
