I have litmus test issues for anyone I vote for. If they don't pass, they don't get my vote. The criteria is pretty basic, too.

Civil equality of trans/LGBTQ people
Civil rights of immigrants
Civil equality of minorities
Reproductive healthcare & body autonomy
Must be proud to fight fascism

Btw, Starbuck didn't make those companies drop their DEI. Quietly, each state AG had sent the companies letters threatening investigation and prosecution. Robby just followed up as the public face.

Again, this is when people need to be pressuring their local officials and asking why police are not protecting them from ICE (or not) kidnappers.

Yes, the answer is obvious, but the local and state officials need to say it out loud to wake people up.

No, they didn't. All the images are AI and there is no company. Reports of this only exist on social media. The first was a week ago on IG, then nothing, then yesterday it hit every platform. But no company name, no press releases and AI images only & they don't match.

My youngest receives curriculum that's obviously AI generated. Any living teacher never would've let the contradictions and disconnectedness through that we've read this year. Students should not have to guess at what is asked of them! Prior to this, teachers were panicking kids would use AI.

Same. I've tried it their way for too long, and it didn't get better. They didn't get better. They got worse. They're out of touch and are institutionally unable to rise to the moment when we need them most. And they use their power to try to stop those who are willing to fight for the people.
