De-risk the project says it all. There was a time when Star Wars, Alien and Tron were new. They took risks, and stars aren’t the attractions they once were. There’s loads of failed A lister vehicles out there. They’ve forgotten how to write stories and are just depending on brand.

You have to factor in today’s audience has moved on. They can barely sit through a 5 minute Tik Tok, and yes, stop doing re-boots, remakes and prequels. Do something new ffs. At least then, if it fails, you can say you tried.

Just finished the final edit of Reality Rift, no.2 in the Dark Shepherd trilogy, to be published by NewCon press mid December. There will be a deluxe edition with extra images, a limited edition print and something else a bit special.

Yes, publishing date mid September. I’ve just signed off on the final edit. I should be promoting it soon along with some fun news.
BTW, I’m reading Writers Block at the moment and really enjoying it.
I’ll put a review on Amazon when I’m done.
