I think to goal would be to solidify power. So vance becomes the head, billionaires win again. Then whomever emerges as most charismatic is allowed to be #2.

Healthcare is a human right, not a privilege determined by insurance brokers based on profit margins.

Take the EBITDA of all health insurer providers and put that $ into the healthcare system- gee, it’s now workable. Hmm.
