This happened to me a while ago. I emailed support asking for help and after about a week I got the account back. I know sometimes it can take a lot longer though.

Aradia = paler, warmer skin; horns are darker and reddish
Tavros = darker skin with warm freckles; horns are “muddied”
Sollux = paler, yellowish skin; horns are lighter
Nepeta = darker, olive-tinted skin; horns are green-ish
Kanaya = minty skin; horns are pale
Terezi = slightly lighter skin with a cyan tint; horns are red/scarlet
Vriska = darker, bluish skin; horns are orange and salmon
Equius = darker skin; horns are darker
Gamzee = darker, purple-tinted skin; horns are pink
Eridan = purplish skin; horns are pink like Gamzee’s but darker
Feferi = pale skin; horns are magenta
Karkat = darker, warmer skin; horns are red (and do not have a third color)
