There’s a place on the PA Mail in Ballot Application for phone and email.

highly recommended to provide AT LEAST email address. Then you will be notified if your Mail in Ballot was Undeliverable or if there is an error on the envelope that needs curing

I heard or read something accurate. Israel got to insert heir revisions and conditions during the negotiation process.
