We've gotten a ton of photos in the past couple weeks since several major cons took place. We are working on getting photos approved, however we've received a lot of uploads with issues that are slowing down the process. Please be sure to properly cull your uploads and be mindful of your tags!

A relaxed trip to @megaplexcon.org left me with about 400 photos to review and edit, every convention leaves me with more and more photos that I get to look back and be happy with! (even if I did mess up the shutter speed!)

Unfortunately, some people get a little too completionist focused on the site. There's no way to really stop it as it depends on each user, however, you are free to untag yourself from those posts if you prefer.

We typically approve photos within 48 hours! If they've been sitting longer than that, either y'all were really busy uploading after a big con and we are a little backed up, or you've forgotten to tag a photographer on the post which prevents it from showing up for us to approve.

If they were taken by a random person on your phone, you can add the anonymous tag!

Taken by yourself but you don't really want your own photographer tag? Add the Myself tag.

Otherwise please tag the photographer that took the photo.

Then we can get to approving them!

Have you had photos that seem to be stuck in pending forever?

If so, please go to your profile, click the submissions tab to check. If it's still pending, make sure you've added a photographer tag to the post. It not, it won't make it to our approval queue until you do!
