Serissa foetida looks like thyme but has the most precious whitish/pink blooms, usually a plant that people turn into bonsai. Black and Purple Salvia, pink vincas, "Lavender Verenda' Rose, bright white daisies with their yellow center and a couple of stragglers lavender and pink Clematis blooms.

For the first #SixOnSaturday of #October I present the bee edition. #Bees are a crucial worker in my gardens. Without them there is no food or seeds and they are a great source of entertainment to watch😃🐝

I think it is a wonderful idea, I find it a bit hard to explain (lack of English vocabulary I guess) but it's a great exercise for me and hopefully helpful to others.

#PalacesAndGardens #MythandLegend #EastCoastKin
View through through one of the ancient windows of the Mont Saint-Michel. Each glass panel has a different tint of yellows and blues but it not stained glass, just ancient. The view shows the tidal flats going on forever.

Most people get the Persian Shield plant with its glorious purple and silver leaves but I prefer his cousin, with its green leaves and airy purple bells showing up when everything else is getting tired.

Are they more tender than the red ones? Those die back completely in the winter and come back with the blooms at the end of September. The leaves form a mat for a while before disappearing.
