I was interested in Ball X Pit but skeptical I would like it. After two hours of play and soon to unlock a fourth playable character, safe to say I like it. Turns out the push I needed to buy it and play it was someone saying they didn't like it and uinstalled it. Morbid curiosity handled the rest.

I am, to the extent that I enjoy any spiderweb game. I like exploring. I like the writing. The combat does little to nothing for me, and never really has. I still buy them for the parts I do like.

Finished reading Murderbot Diaries #5, Network Effect. Depending on which mention of it I've made various places you consider more accurate, this was either a month or a few days after intended. Regardless, still having a lot of fun with this series.

Appreciate the attempt, I didn't know this thing existed. Sadly it doesn't seem to work with Morta. Caused issues recognizing the controller for a sec, and when that was fixed, still didn't allow the mouse to move between monitors or alt-tab to function without minimizing the game.

Battery could be fully discharged and unable to hold a charge anymore, yeah. I doubt the internals of the system are damaged unless something went catastrophically wrong though, I'm sure you can find a third-party battery that won't explode with enough careful searching.

I don't think Gamefreak and associated bits want people to have continued access to the older pokemon games.

Not meant in a conspiratorial way, I just think they genuinely don't want that outside of whatever remakes they decide to release.
