My own stupidity genuinely astounds me.

It'd be one thing if I had only ordered Disgaea 7 Complete twice. But no, I actually did the exact same thing with the original release on the Switch. I now own this game five times (one extra copy on Steam).

Modular controllers really feel like they're coming along. I'm still waiting on that dream of a module standard so third parties could create custom layouts, but that really would need a company like Microsoft to be the ones making it.

This one does seem pretty nice though.

Final Fantasy Tactics never quite did it for me... There's something about grid-based isometric games that I don't get on with; the only reason I can play Disgaea is because the modern games have a mode to align the squares nicely.

Having said that, this remaster does look good...

I think the Switch 2 will finally be my excuse to play these games as they gradually come to the platform. Yakuza 0 seemed to perform pretty well, and Kiwami 1 and 2 are coming later this year.

Only heard good things about the series, I'm sure Kiwami 3 will be no exception.
