I was taking an anti-discrimination training at work today and on the slide about trans students and coworkers and preferred pronouns some absolute knobhead put in the chat “basic biology?”
The instructor invited them to unmute and explain so they could dig their own grave further. It was hilarious!

My dad keeps asking me like "therapy" questions. Like coming back from my vacation he asked "did you talk to anyone? like have a conversation?"
is that a thing? do people just have conversations with strangers when on vacation?

Decided to try napping since i'm tired and have nothing going on today. That was a mistake. Now i'm even more tired feel weird waking up in the evening.

Come to think of it, I’m not really sure what result I “want” from the autism test.
It feels like if it’s negative then it’s just all my fault I’m so bad at socializing.
If it’s positive I have an explanation but it’s going to be harder to improve.

Therapist had me take an autism assessment test. I had issues with a bunch of the questions like:
“Do you always need to take the same route somewhere or get upset when taking a different one or get lost?” Like yea I’m upset when I’m lost but that’s different than those first two things

Well i'm back to thinking i'm bad at therapy again. We were talking about how i think i'm too self-absorbed, and they're just like "yea, you spend a ton of time in your own head thinking about yourself and not listening"
