Am I the only person who believes a government shutdown is the worst possible outcome for America? Would not that also shut down federal courts preventing judges from putting brakes on that orange lunatic? ALL CASES CEASE. He is not a negotiator but rather a dictator. A shutdown is his dream!

Trump wants a shutdown so he can run unencumbered over every block in his path with no federal courts/judges to slow him down through midterms. That would CRUSH AMERICA.

#MarcElias I am convinced 47 and the GOP are still banking on the Dems to allow a government shutdown as they had hoped for last spring. A shutdown would be detrimental to American democracy because that would include the federal court system, which is applying the only brakes on this loose train!
