A regional haunt is not at that level. Regional haunts do not function like that.

Literally said anything BUT decent service. I hate it because I feel like a Karen but like dude- at what point do you just admit it?

It’s mid October with weather incoming, an hour or two I can totally see. That’s to be expected.
But altogether almost a FOUR HOUR WAIT for first attraction?

That’s kind of absurd.
This was my only Saturday night off for the season too, and it was an expensive and frustrating waste of time.

We made it into the line for the first attraction, and I was watching the exit so I could see the group size and timing. It was like 20 at a time and rushed through.

Again- suggesting they oversold and couldn’t manage the flow.

We never even made it inside.

While in line to just make it into security, the staffer was like “We didn’t expect tonight and tomorrow nights crowd for the storm, the governor did a state of emergency so that’s why it’s like this”.

No…
It was like that because the box office oversold. Full stop. The crowd management was awful.

I had the worst experience at a haunt ever last night. The line just to get in to security was two hours long, and when we finally made it in the line for the first attraction alone was another two hour wait.
We got there at the arrival time on the ticket and by the time we got in it was 11pm
