I get my server is almost entirely cis men, but finding out someone you trust has made your PMDD a joke is fucking soul crushing. It isn't some fluffy little "oh I'm so sad today," thing. I am open about my body and mind so others know they aren't alone. So why do I feel so horrendously alone?
