today i want to share one of my prized pokemon: my very first ribbon master, reides the kingdra! i started this challenge off in my copy of emerald and played through all the generations up to scarlet. it was an awesome experience!!! #ribbonmaster #shinypokemon

like idk how this stuff is automated but if the message ended before that paragraph i wouldve been like “ok ♥️ yay ♥️” but instead i had to reply again like “uhhh i just provided evidence that i know how to utilize the function and that the problem is with the function itself” LIKE HELLO?!

customer service can suck but paying literate people with An Actual Charisma Stat is SOOO MUCH better than the current state of affairs for so much online support. everyone wants everything cheap and done by bots now… it’s so annoying… I LOVE HUMANS… I WANNA TALK TO HUUUMAAAANS

i’m sure bsky’s dev team is actually aware of and working on fixing this issue but this automated response was so laughably rude LIKE why is a bot using “im sorry you feel that way” language at me when i submitted objective evidence of an issue on THE PLATFORM’S SIDE 😭
