Just put in the email you used for that account and add +Bluesky to the end of it. It should look something like name+bluesky and the the email! Hope that helps!!

Hey everyone. It’s me, Glitchy. I just wanted to clear things up.

About a month ago, both my twitter and my Bluesky got hacked. I got locked out of my account and the hackers sent some really sketchy dms and replies in other people’s posts. I just wanted to make it clear that that wasn’t me.
