Me too. Its drying up and current listings are dropping 10k-50k every few weeks.

So far, the only downside is the split entry and the aged appearance. Its in a prime location though. 10min walk from my inlaws and near the school I want for Kid3.

There's one that's the right price, right location, some of the check box items, but needs a total overhaul on updates. Its also a split entry, which I absolutely can't stand for myself. We're going to look at it on Monday, to see if I can get past it being a split entry.

You can visit Hope for Wildlife, which has an education centre and an outdoor wildlife garden trail that are open to the public on specific days.

Saturdays from 12 PM to 3 PM (Year-round)

Baby crows are adorable af. I think crows only have 1 clutch a season. In the spring, but you're more likely to see them out and about early summer, learning to do crow things with their parents.
