As a driver, anyone going faster than me is a fucking idiot and anyone going slower than me is a fucking idiot, so I think that’s a collective mentality in that regard.

Then there are a “special” bunch who do see traffic lights, pedestrians, cyclists, and even animals as the enemy to their time 😒

Osteopath says I’m good for now and didn’t have to treat me, so that’s good news for my wallet and benefits.
The lower back arthritis just needs to be maintained with the usual - strengthening exercise, managing diet and inflammation, all that fun stuff.

That was a very restless sleep.

Glad I’ll be off work a little early today. Seeing my osteopath because my X-ray results on my back show my L5-S1 spinal region has arthritis!
