I’m not surprised to see this. With all the news media disruption over the past years, the rise of hyper local media coverage is a wonderful thing. I financially support the outfit in my neck of the woods.
I’m not confused about who lives here. You seem to be pissed at me for pointing out more accurate demographics. I do actually live here. You were here for a school tour. But do go on. I can look at the stats and know the subtleties because I live here and thought to offer accuracy.
I’m literally here every day. Wilmette is about 80% white, not 99%. Landscapers are staying away. It tilts liberal, not extremely liberal. Re house price - land value. Lots of new house construction in Wilmette so that’s not a surprise.
