Liz Tomforde’s Windy City series is super fun, if you want sports romances (Mile High was definitely the weakest link in the series for me and the friends who introduced me to the series, but the rest of the books are great).

I also loved the Peaches & Honey duology by R Raeta. It’s romantasy/historical fiction.

Abby Jimenez is great for contemporary romance, but check TWs for her books.

Emily Henry is also a good one for contemporary romance.

For romantasy, The Broken Kingdoms series by LJ Andrews is my favorite. The number of main players builds throughout the series, but there are usually only two main POV characters in a book (you occasionally get a chapter with a different POV character, but it’s much more manageable than GOT).

Okay! It sounds like our tastes are fairly similar and I can share a few suggestions for books!

It’s pretty short, but I love The Six Deaths of the Saint by Alix E. Harrow. It’s a fantasy short story and just so good.

I’m still not over Hozier and Noah playing Work Song together IN VIRGINIA WITHOUT ME THERE. It was so rude of them to do that in my own state when I couldn’t see it live. This the least Hozier could do for me.
