struggling to sleep again after sleeping well for like eight days in a row

realizing i've been out of commission for five weeks making me realize this has hit me harder than anything ever has

heart feels like ice, but that's a huge improvement

i will be fine & we need to routinely do things again

about six years ago we found & got back in touch with our tribe

embracing our spiritual connection back with nature has brought us a lot of peace

going back into language, stories, & the culture we were disconnected from has been fulfilling in ways i'm thankful for
