Okay, I have a keyboard button re-mapping system for Alruna.
I'm thinking of patching it into the demo today...
Look, it works, of course it works. But what if the player uses it to re-bind their keys in such an absurd way that the game becomes unplayable?
Kinda their own fault, isn't it?

Hi, I'm prototyping a thing! I don't know yet if I'm going to get this to work, but it's worth a shot! :D
I'll let you know if I patch this into the demo. I'm going to need someone to try it out, haha!

Yes, I know, I'm sorry, it's very unfortunate. The games are built in such a primitive way the button input is written straight into the code... I don't really know what to do with that.
I'll google around a bit, and think about it. It would be a very good feature!

Wait, you got into 13_4, haha? I guess if you go around and over, you can get there even in the demo.
There's supposed to be a breakable block there in the final game, but I've disabled it for the demo. Looks like I only disabled it from one side!
Feel free to keep reporting issues, btw! Its great

I was terrible at the first one and cheated my way through it but had a great time making a map of the game. This seems to be a fun evolution… that I’m also terrible at! 🤣 Recommend if you like pixel art, retro combat — and if you despise capitalism and the heaving hoards of industrialisation!
