yeah this makes a lotta sense as most me & my friends would talk about is music, weed & whatever the fuck was going on in our extended friend group. circles back to idk if i was ever supposed to be exposed to xxx amount of peoples day to day thoughts.

the fact that offline/irl socializing has little to no standing in online socializing was what fucked me up the most after joining online communities post-pandemic. like i used to think i was a pretty high social battery but the speed at which topics & trends move online still gives me whiplash.
