Conor Bradley impressed last night by all accounts, but once again picked up a costly yellow card, meaning he’ll miss the game against Germany.

It’s one part of his game he really needs to eliminate, at present it feels too easy for sides to bait him into naive fouls.

The Nobel Committee has decided to award the 2025 #NobelPeacePrize to Maria Corina Machado for her tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela and for her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.

That couldn’t be more apt.

All these years we’ve had to watch as political/news media orgs were constructed to protect vested interests. Then we finally get a tech that can outdo that old machinery in social media & the left’s approach to adopting the new form of mass communication has largely been condescending & shit.

A few years ago City would have rolled all over Brentford after that first goal. They don’t have the same intensity at both ends of the pitch as consistently these days.

Haaland, Donnaruma & Rodri (injury willing) are good enough to keep them in check though.

I think the Moreno shouts are lazy personally, I understand why they exist though

He’s young enough to be coached into being a stronger footballer, he makes more sense in transition & I really think we’d have seen more from him in an attacking sense if Lucho was still here.

Surely you sign a Kerkez to play to his strengths, especially when you lack pace up top & Gakpo is as predictable as the sun rising?

Definitely think our attacking clicking masks a bunch of issues.

Not suggesting it’s a purely midfield issue btw, just more emphasis on them to create at present.

Just made a post on exactly this - that we have created enough to have gotten more from this patch.

*But* I do think we are having issues building effectively from the back against teams that press us.

Perhaps Mac getting fit solves it but the passing maps show it’s something we’re dealing with.

In spite of the issues we’re having with building from the back at present & the illogical instructions we’re giving our fullbacks, we’ve still created chances across the past 2-3 losses that you’d expect our attackers to have finished.
