I might be harsh but I don’t think he should’ve won it at all. Hrgovic was stopped on a cut that I thought was caused by a head clash and should’ve gone to cards, but regardless it’s laughable that Hrgovic was in that position at all. Beating Dempsey McKean should never get you a title shot

On technical skill their two fights are the best I’ve seen, by a long way. Neither caught fire enough to be FOTY but both were the absolute maximum level of skill that could be on show within 12 rounds, these two are the ultimate rock and hard place

If I was swinging one way or the other I’d say Adames but any wider than 116-112 is too wide for me. Sheeraz won most of his rounds early when Adames hadn’t got going, when they were both working Adames was winning
