Oh, that I know. The staff & volunteers ended up doing things hotel staff realistically should’ve been doing. It’s basically how CFz staff felt when none of the Hilton’s fire response & marshalling team were on shift.

I'm definately taking my business elsewhere unless that company takes the action everyone who stayed in that hotel are absolutely entitled to under the "Good Night Guarantee" claim.

I don't keep in touch with the pony scene but reading & seeing what's happened during UK PonyCon and the lack of action Premier Inn have taken is absolutely diabolical. Several people were left in the cold without a bed overnight and no compensation whatsoever.

Last night I feel this con definitely ended on a high! Despite some mood swings I experienced during it, this year’s Pawsome definitely felt it was better than its first con last year!

Still room for improvement in my eyes, but I have faith that’ll be on the way!

I might see what else there is nearby for dinner today. As I’m non-residential that means paying £35 for a roast dinner buffet if I don’t consider alternative options. 😵‍💫

Decided to call it an earlier night than I anticipated. Just wasn’t feeling myself today and was low on energy despite getting decent sleep last night.

The schedule for tomorrow looks good and hopefully I’ll feel a lot better tomorrow.

I’ve done smaller events/cons and even those didn’t have so little going on at specific times.

There was always something going on all the time, but here it just doesn’t feel that way.

I’m trying to think what could take place during this down time to keep certain folk occupied.

I absolutely hate being critical of conventions but I feel I have to say this. Of all the cons/events I have been to I honestly feel that Pawsome does have the most downtime.

At certain points during the day there’s not a huge amount going on and leads to waiting for the next thing to start.
