Yay!!! My goal is 5k words a week, roughly 1k each day I don't have to work my 12 hour shifts. I have a vacation in the middle of this, so I will have to work around it. End goal is ~40k.

I was so lucky to be chosen for the August Whole Novel Workshop at Highlights. For a few days the hostile voices of the world were silenced, and I was surrounded by immensely talented and supportive creatives in the most gorgeous place. My book and my soul have been renewed! 100% will be back!
