Every single time I see this picture that is posted SO MANY times, my eyes prickle with tears. He and his helpers are doing so much harm every single day, bit this visual is…I dunno. The perfect illustration of how effed up and broken the US is, I guess.

Heck, yeah!! I recently got my two doses of the shingles vaccine, not just because I don’t want to get shingles, but because of the additional benefits that are being discovered.
