We are going for a buttercream cinnamon frosting my dear! This cake is one of many favorites in Louisiana and it goes great with cinnamon frosting!

That’s fine. I think we can manage that. I think we can make the frosting from scratch also. That store bought stuff is just too much.

Unless that’s all the hotel has I’ll just use it. One day we’ll have to make angel food cake and add cognac to it.
