For the record, I do not claim anything about any of the characters and their views/stances, but prefer to go with the flow, carefully study the given lore and enjoy making various theories; and, moreover, support nice people in the fandom for the mutual joy and delight!
characters’ stories and their purposes as storytelling tools etc.
It’s one thing to work with a decided and established stuff, and a whole other one to try and push everyone around with “it’s because i say so” attitude.
I’ll be honest and say I also don’t quite get the whole “she’s so *exclusively* ours” discourse, peppered with the obvious detest re: certain ship ideas (f/m to be specific).
It almost feels like some people are just projecting their own views onto the characters, devotedly missing out all arcs and
The deliberate move to misread the character and to fish out anything (however untrue) that might work as a tool for ‘reinterpretation’ for those interested in it, is, honestly, baffling.
I get one might not like the character or detest some ships ideas, but this is a bit too far on the mental side.
It’s so very sad and confusing
like a lot of the things in the Lodge and across her tribe to change! How she’d like to transform the Lodge’s purpose. And in hfw she sets the perfect example for that. Haven’t people seen this? It’s not THAT buried in the script to miss it completely and put a wrong label on it 🤷🏻‍♀️
(and also her understanding that for their attraction to develop they both need to be *there* and *ready*) as a “chick rushing for a guy” gesture. Like, hello, her whole story is about T being her best at helping people out. The comic she had has started and ended with her claiming how she would
Why is anyone’s confusion regarding the matters of the heart perceived as smth unworthy or bad or dishonest towards anyone? Aren’t people supposed to grow, to change, or to develop other views and traits?
For all there is, I never saw Talanah willing to help out Amadis to find the closure he needed

Do it, unleash your demons on the track!

😂😜
Yeah that’s the plan for sure.

Need to finally finish the hzd remastered (I have frozen wilds still untouched) and than will venture into another run of hfw+bs. Hopefully by the end of it we’ll get at least some news about h3
Especially since Talanah couldn’t have known about the Base w/o Aloy telling her that, which should’ve happened after their joint Spinebreak exploration 🤷🏻‍♀️
the note “Wait until Talanah finds a way to get through the mountains”, and the next place to meet her has been at Camp Nowhere. But she has certainly passed through the Base, cause either Erend or Zo mentioned it. Sooo weird, I can’t understand how it could’ve been missed.
After watching the linked video I think I can say my playthrough has certainly glitched or smth like that, cause I’ve never went to that tunnel with Talanah somehow o___O I remember the start of her quest, meeting Milu, and than for a long time the continuation of her quest has been marked red with
