I think my feeling stems from how everything we do has become so hyper commodified, and I know it’s not the artist’s intention to engage in it 💀 they’re just making a cute vid!

But I know people who don’t understand how arduous and messy the art process is will be like “art should be perfect”

One of my VERY SMALL hot art take is that I get a little taken aback when artist post progression videos that doesn’t show the actual way the thing was drawn, rather video edited to make the art process look more magical/aesthetically pleasing
