To go along with lack of training or any application process that rejects applicants w/ dispositions completely incompatible w/ law enforcement work, they incentivize these fools w/ bonus $$ based on how many people arrest. So now, boycotts are "Economically hostile acts"? I'm sure the City of Montgomery, Alabama, thought the same during the Montgomery Bus Boycott. You can't force anyone to buy or use a product/service. It's a choice, and it's your job to make it appealing. If you fail in that, that's on you.
