On seven out of the last eight days I’ve used an instant image for my ongoing 365 picture-a-day project. The I’m still alive post #photography

I’ve often written about the importance of serendipity in my photography. Recently I have been playing with in-camera double exposures, considered and deliberate, I thought carefully about what I photographed and how I combined them. Serendipity still plays a supporting roll of course. It got me thinking and I thought I’d try to tempt serendipity with a film swap. Enlisting the support of good friend John we both shot a roll of 35mm film in readiness to then swap these rolls for the other to double expose.
