We made meditation beads! We designed these specifically to help us communicate with spirits through meditation. We have DID which makes it hard for us to stay grounded. We figured having something to hold on to in meditation might help.-Aaron

I love this book! I really want to get Josephine Winter's book Witchcraft Discovered, since I've never read any Beginner books from the perspective of someone in the southern hemisphere. Plus I loved her writing in Fire Magic. -V
