Seriously, this kid would kick butt and take names. She has literally saved several people’s lives, stood up against bullies, and gotten rules changed at school and at camp to help gender equality. She would have this country straightened up in no time.

I’m GF and dairy free, and I can’t digest most red meat. So with five of us at home, often I end up eating some random leftover while everyone else eats the main meal. That’s part of what made this so special - a lovely loaf just for me. 😀

I’m so sorry to hear that!

I have three teens and one in his early 20s. There are definitely moments when I’m like, “I have no idea what happened, but we just went from besties to ‘you’re the worst’ in two seconds.” But mostly we get along well.

It is so good. I’ve been missing bread so much since I had to give up gluten. She is magical! This bread tastes like real, true BREAD!

Many props to her dad - she’s a joint project! 😆 I taught her how to bake desserts but her dad taught her how to bake bread. I don’t know the first thing about that. But I definitely agree that’s she’s pretty awesome - I am a lucky Mama!

So, so proud of her for oh so many reasons. She gets great grades, is a stellar rock drummer and an amazing dancer, is kind and generous, yet has more self-confidence than most people I know and not only stands up for herself, but defends others. This kid will someday rule the world. 💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾

I’ve only been gluten-free for less than a year. It must have been hard to be GF before it became “trendy”. Even 10 years ago, I do t remember seeing anything in restaurants and not much in stores.

Awww thank you. The mad bread skills come from her dad. My husband has been teaching her all about making bread, while I’ve been teaching her about baking desserts. 😀
