While entering the post office this morning, my old neighbor recognized me and asked about my son. Since 8/13/22, my family experienced drastic changes. Thank God for His #provision #protection in spite of it all. He proved himself faithful.

It's necessary to understand the symptoms of grief and how they may manifest so that you'll know how to mourn the loss properly and in community. There's no one size fits all but it's important to know what applies to you. Mental health is as important as physical #health #wellbeing #wellness
