I'm going to just make sure I have enough for basic needs then use my money to support others that are also trapped playing the rigged game of capitalism.

I've been actually a lot less stressed out ever since seriously adopting a "money is worthless" mentality, not in the sense of spending recklessly but in the sense of "I shouldn't get so stressed out about something that ultimately won't bring me happiness"
