I would disagree, as just because they're not there "with you" does not mean you are not still presenting and performing. In a way its a lot like wrestling or performing a soliloquy. its not a *real* third face but an illusory one or a sort of 2.5 face.

An important thing to remember when you're doing low poly or pixel art is that for the most part you are trying to emulate veterans of the era with skill far beyond yours, with limited tools. The "Haha it looks bad!" will only get you so far.

Man it started as a joke but I'm honestly really strongly contemplating actually restarting a "Morrowind" style low poly hot calc with segmented limbs and whatnot in earnest. Whether that means doing it myself or a CornMission I don't know but it needs to happen...
