Back in April, @baseballprospectus.com, I wrote that it didn’t just matter whether Bryson Stott hit LHP, it mattered whether or not Rob Thomson believed in his ability to hit lefties. Stott finished 2025 .225/.287/.288 vs. LHP. And the dynamic cost the Phillies Game 2.
