This was a very powerful session with big budget negotiations that moved mountains, and even more powerful regulation following in the fall.

Officially, every bill I wanted to include in this year's new ADU Rules video was signed into law.

1. If your city takes too long to give you a permit, you can hire a 3rd party to do your plan check for you instead of the city
