This was a very powerful session with big budget negotiations that moved mountains, and even more powerful regulation following in the fall.

Officially, every bill I wanted to include in this year's new ADU Rules video was signed into law.

1. If your city takes too long to give you a permit, you can hire a 3rd party to do your plan check for you instead of the city
2. Your city’s entire ADU ordinance might be unenforceable if they didn’t submit it to the state and get it approved
