On the afternoon of September 29, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Myanmar military junta (SAC) carried out an airstrike on Sadon (Sadung) town in Kachin State. The attack killed civilians, including children, and left homes and communities in ruins.

On September 17, Myanmar junta airstrikes hit a KIA-controlled area in Shwegu Township, targeting Battalion 12’s training site, killing over 10 and injuring dozens, according to local sources.
