I lived a few years in Mexico City. Most people here know Tex mex, Calif mex is mostly influenced by Baja and Sonora, Yucatán is very different than central Mexico, Oaxaca food is also different…

I agree. I don’t know much about Peruvian but I know Mexico has a very large influence not just from native populations but from all over the world, they are very good at adopting foods and things

1- a follow-up evaluation
2- ongoing health maintenance plan
3- multidisciplinary team of specialists.
4- ensure optimal cardiovascular health
5- the lab studies were exceptional, NOT his health

He’s kidding, but it annoys me to no end that some people think that a whole region that has western languages, religion, costumes and a large population of European descent is not considered “western”
