This reaction is an example of why people have migrated from the Democratic Party. The dissection and excoriation of this harmless comment serves no purpose other than to allow self-appointed arbiters to bask in their moral superiority. I was a longtime listener of MSW but this act got old.
Don’t get your knickers in a twist. Most coal plants have been decommissioned already, and the rest are scheduled to be retired in the next decade. This will have very little impact on how electricity is generated.
