Hello all! I’m a humble peasant who currently has a hyper fixation and obsession with Hazbin Hotel and more specifically with Husk and Angel and their relationship. So while painfully waiting for season 2 I’m creating this account to talk about them.

It’s not a new type of relationships trope but it’s one of my favorites. I think the first time I saw an example of it in media was in Lion King 2. And I’ve loved the concept ever since.

The biggest reason I love #Huskerdust is because their specific relationship trope is something I’m a sucker for in a show. 2 characters who seemingly don’t get along or like each other at first. And one is more grumpy and stoic. And then the 2 slowly start to get closer and like each other.

Ok here is the improved drawing I did of Angel. I did this completely free hand. Normally I trace the basic anatomy first from a picture. But I wanted to see what direction my style would go if I did it completely on my own.

The characters, story, and animation all far outshine TADC. But I do think that show has a lot of potential and I hope it continues to improve as well. Also sorry this is like 3 separate comments. It’s just meant to be one long thought. Gotta love the character limits Bluesky has.

And none of the characters are very like able imo. But I do understand where you’re coming from. Hazbin is definitely not perfect and season 1 had its flaws. Hopefully things will be better in season 2. But if I was going to compare even season 1 to TADC. I’d say personally Hazbin is still better.

I respect your opinion but I disagree. I’m not impressed with TADC. The writing, plot and characters are all over the place. It moves too quickly and I feel like I’ve been thrown in the middle of something that I’m expected to just fully understand but in reality I don’t.

I think my favorite part of Gravity is when Lute bangs her fist on the wall. Something about that moment is powerful. You can feel her rage and frustration. Plus the fact that it’s in timing with the beat of the music just adds to it.

We’re so close to season 2. I’m really glad this whole month has been pretty busy for me so in a lot of ways it feels like time is flying by. But not fast enough. I just can’t wait to see my 2 old idiots again.

Agreed and that’s what I’m really hoping for. Because I feel like she has so much potential and I really want to actually like her character.

But I’m just not a fan of her attitude. I believe she’s not the same as she was when she was an exorcist but she has a long way to go in regards of her character imo and I really hope she gets humbled some this next season.

Literally helped commit mass genocide against Charlie’s people. Contributed to the exact thing her gf has been spending her whole life trying to stop. Now I understand this all took place before Vaggie knew Charlie and the point is she’s supposed to have changed her view on hell and sinners

I think one big reason I’m not a fan of Vaggie’s character is because she comes across as overly judgmental of everyone besides Charlie. Meanwhile she’s probably committed the worst sins out of almost anyone at the hotel. Lied to her gf for years about her own identity.

I really hope the dynamic of #Huskerdust isn’t portrayed as one sided fascination for most of the show. Like how it was with Stoliz basically up till the latest season of Helluva. I want obvious equally mutual attraction. I want 2 goodballs so in love with each other but too dumb to realize it.

We’ve seen the side of sinners understanding and finding ways to change themselves for the better. It’s obvious the winners need to do that too and Lute is a great character to try to do that with. But she could also just end up being a straight up villain which is cool too lol.

I don’t ship guitarspear for that sort of reason. For one Adam is dead and I don’t think he’s ever meant to come back so that ship is also kinda pointless. But I think Lute’s character is going to take a deeper direction beyond her just hating everyone and loving someone who was toxic.
