Then the teacher has the write anywhere from 15-60 individual reading plans with little training This move is to push public educators to the brink
We want what’s best for all students

Test designed for elementary classes
Let me break it down
-a screener test for reading is given in early elementary (the teachers teach one class of 30 ideally)
-the screener test is 5 parts
-middle school teachers have 3-5 classes of 30
Elementary teachers can have 2-3 days to administer it

🚨 PSA Republican Virginia is setting up teachers to fail
1. Raised the cut score on a reading test when most kids are having a rough time making the 400 mark (score has been the same for over 20 years-why now?)
2. Secondary teachers are given double the work load (in Virginia) by having to give a
