Our delegation learned about Seoul’s Carbon Neutrality plan, which aims for a 50% reduction in emissions by 2033. We explored the Clearer Seoul 2030 plan and visited the Seoul Traffic Operation Center to see how TOPIS optimizes traffic with real-time data. 🚦 #Seoul #ClimateAction
